All orders placed on our website receive a "Thank You" e-mail followed by a "Shipping" e-mail that contains a tracking number within 2 business days of ordering (except for backordered items). If you did not receive these e-mails please check your spam folder for emails coming from info@flotoimports.com.

You can also track UPS shipments through the link below by typing in your Floto or Amazon order number. International orders, PO Box orders, and APO orders sent via USPS cannot be tracked using this link.

Please note: UPS order tracking is not availble until the next business day after the order is placed.
